Sunrise was the general contractor on this historic renovation of the iconic 8,000 square foot Duncan Building located at 111 South Main Street in downtown Kalispell. The project included extensive renovation and remodel into a restaurant space for Montana Coffee Traders. Special attention was given to preservation and revitalization of the historic structure.
