Stan W. Converse III is responsible for business development, marketing, accounting and construction management operations for Sunrise Builders. As a result of his diverse experience in real estate and construction, he brings an insightful and practical approach to expand possibilities and gain results on building projects. Stan has worked in both commercial and residential real estate and construction, for large companies such as Crown West Realty in Spokane, Sotheby’s International Realty in Bigfork, and Saddlehorn in Bigfork. In addition to Sunrise Builders, Stan also co-founded Cedar House Partners, LLC, which includes investment, consulting, sales management, and asset & construction management across multiple property types.
Stan holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Western Carolina University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the United States Green Building Council, the American Institute of Architects, the Northwest Montana Association of Realtors and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation along with a Master’s Degree in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver Burns School, Daniels College of Business. Stan is actively involved as a volunteer with several organizations that support the betterment of life in the community in which he and his family lives.
