In the spring of 2018 Sunrise completed a very detailed remodel on the new Farmer’s State Bank’s new north Kalispell location near Walmart.

In October of 2018 Sunrise completed a very detailed 6 month remodel of a home in Bigfork near Eagle Bend golf course.

In August of 2018 Sunrise completed the construction of a very detailed cabin home on the Flathead River for a discerning doctor and his wife.

Sunrise recently completed the conversion of the original Kalispell Montana Coffee Traders location into their Central Kitchen. The remodel from restaurant to kitchen was completed in just 60 days. This was the second project that Sunrise has performed for Montana Coffee Traders.

Tally Lake Ranger Station Sunrise Builders broke ground on the Tally Lake Ranger Station in November 2016 as part of the United States Forest Service (USFS) plan to expand its Kalispell Campus. In the summer of 2016 Sunrise Builders began a remodel on a 6800 square foot log home. Sunrise made substantial additions to the timber log structure, stone work, and high end finishes within the home. Project planned to be completed Spring 2017.  

In the Fall of 2015 Sunrise Builders began construction on a 6500 square foot waterfront home on the east lake shores of Flathead Lake. This highly detailed home is being uniquely designed and built for the Chairman of the Board of Directors for JC Penny. This home will be completed in the Spring of 2017.

In a new Kalispell location for Montana Coffee Traders, Sunrise Builders began tenant improvements and design specifications for the local coffee roaster and restaurant. This new coffee house location is on Main Street in Historic downtown Kalispell began Winter 2017 and will be completed in Summer 2017.

Sunrise Builders will begin its work in the Spring of 2017, breaking ground on a 4000 square foot Timber Frame home on beautiful and pristine Lake Mary Ronan. Sunrise Builders will also be building a 2500 square foot barn on the property, working with Centennial Timber Frame Homes on this lakefront project.

In Spring of 2016, Sunrise Builders was awarded construction of the new Welcome Center for the High End Whitefish home development Iron Horse.
