In the summer and fall of 2016 Sunrise was awarded to be the general contractor on the revitalization of two buildings located on the corner of Whitefish Stage and Reserve in Kalispell. The project included the total renovation of 8,000 square feet of space (two commercial office buildings) on a tight schedule. The parking lot, landscaping, signage along with the building interiors + exteriors were completely remodeled for four commercial office users.
