Gerald (Gil) Presnell is a highly experienced builder who has 27 years of building experience in the Flathead Valley. During this time, Gil has been fortunate to work on some of the highest end custom residential projects in Northwest Montana representing hundreds of millions of dollars of investment by the clients he has served.
Starting as a laborer Gil worked his way from entry level to lead project superintendent for one of the Flathead Valley’s most prominent builders for 23 years. As a result of his experience, he intimately knows the details of the building trade. Gil has worked with numerous discerning clients to build their dream home to achieve the goal they want to accomplish. He pays careful attention and listens closely to their vision on each custom building project.
Gil was born and raised in the Flathead Valley so he has been fortunate to enjoy everything that the valley has to offer. He has been very blessed to be able to live in such a wonderful community with his family.
